Hello! I’m Torri Howard.
My passion for photography began at a young age. I was always the one behind the camera, capturing friends and family. Over the years, those images have become cherished memories—reminders of special moments and loved ones. They’re stories I now share with my children and grandchildren, and they continue to connect our family across generations. In 2010, Images by Torri Howard was born.
My professional journey started with photographing a wide variety of sessions—seniors, weddings, birthdays, and more. I soon discovered my true passion: newborn photography. There’s something incredibly special about capturing those first weeks of life. I’ve dedicated myself to learning everything I can about newborn photography, with safety always being my top priority. I’ve attended workshops across the country led by leading industry professionals, and I continue to invest in education to ensure my clients receive the highest-quality experience and images. Since 2017, I’ve been honored to be recognized as one of the top newborn photographers in Seattle by Expertise.
From maternity through baby’s first year, I love documenting each stage of a growing family. Many of my clients return year after year for family sessions, and it’s a joy to watch their stories unfold through my lens. I’m deeply honored that the images I capture become treasured keepsakes.
I live in Bothell, WA, with my husband Jim. I’m a proud mom of three grown daughters, Nana to two granddaughters and three bonus grandsons, and pet mom to our dogs, Sophie and Izzy, and our kitten, Mittens. Outside the studio, I enjoy international travel and cheering on the Seahawks. I look forward to capturing meaningful moments for your family.

Studio Information
All newborn sessions take place in my cozy, dedicated studio located in Bothell, WA—just a mile from downtown, 10 minutes from Kirkland, and under 30 minutes from Seattle. Situated on the entry level of our townhome, the studio is fully self-contained with a private bathroom. From a personalized welcome board to complimentary snacks and water, every detail is designed to provide a comfortable and memorable experience. Parents often comment on how warm and inviting the space feels while they relax as I capture beautiful portraits of their baby.
The studio is fully stocked with a wide variety of props, backdrops, wraps, and accessories—carefully curated and frequently updated to offer a range of styles. You’re welcome to bring any special items you’d like to include in your session. Just bring your baby, and I’ll take care of the rest.
The studio also accommodates sitter and cake smash sessions, and serves as a great indoor option for maternity portraits—especially during the colder winter months.
